A leading Group based in the UAE with established Retail furniture divisions is looking for a highly qualified Retail Store Manager.
Requirements
- Min 5 to 6 years of proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in UAE.
- Experience in Furniture Retail Industry will be considered.
- Well versed in reviewing and evaluating sales records and financial statements.
- Degree in Business Management,
- Proficient in interacting with showroom supervisors and retail staff to communicate information relevant to sales
- Highly experienced in Operations, E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Distribution, Business Strategies, Pricing Strategies, Retention Management, Financial Management, client relationship and Brand Performance
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Track record of continuous improvement and learning.
- Able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
- A candidate must present in UAE with valid driving license
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and update the records accordingly
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
