Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Bedrock. As a key member of our management team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Manage and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to ensure exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and skills
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
