They are a prominent hospitality group of companies with luxury dining outlets across UAE. They are part of the Emaar Hospitality Group offering premium luxury hotel and resorts experience for business, leisure, and group travellers.

Salary Range: 15- 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food, and driving the success of the team.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize cost and quality, manage pricing strategies, and achieve financial objectives by budgeting, analyzing expenses, and taking corrective measures as needed.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain top-notch service quality by enforcing standards, addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years related UAE experience in a fine-dining restaurant offering Mediterranean, Arabic, or Turkish cuisines
• Must be fluent in Arabic
• Proficient in both French and Arabic is an advantage
• Must have experience handling at least 20 team members
