We are currently seeking an experienced Residences Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and resident engagement of a premier residential community in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Engagement & Community Management: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
- Property Maintenance & Vendor Management: Oversee the maintenance, service providers, and operations to ensure top-quality living conditions.
- Financial & Budget Management: Manage budget planning, cost control, and service fee collections to ensure financial efficiency.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full adherence to UAE property laws and industry regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise on-site staff, promoting a culture of excellence and service with a can-do-attitude.
- Community Engagement Initiatives: Organize events and initiatives designed to build and strengthen relationships within the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property or community management (UAE experience is preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication (written & verbal), as well as problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in UAE real estate laws, CRM systems, and property management software.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) candidates are highly preferred.
