As a Remote Travel Consultant, you’ll assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, from resorts/hotels to vacation packages to activities and tours.
Candidates must be located in the United States and be 18 years or older
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert travel advice and personalized recommendations for clients’ vacation plans, business trips, or group travel.
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, special offers, and top destinations.
- Manage travel inquiries and customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize the personalized website provided to promote services and drive bookings.
- Collaborate with other travel consultants and team members to share knowledge and strategies for success.
Requirements
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- Strong passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a self-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online booking tools.
- Highly motivated and driven by performance-based success.
