What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process claims and documents electronically
- Make outbound calls to doctors’ offices as volume permits
- Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools and ensure data is processed correctly
- Comply with all policies and standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
- Ability to pass a typing test
- Strong data entry skills and computer navigation experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Familiarity with application software and document management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required
