Provide timely and accurate processing of incoming funds for defined contribution retirement accounts in accordance with IRS regulatory guidelines and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare remittances for an assigned group of clients; adhere to quality and timing standards to ensure funds are invested within the same day.
  • Respond to client requests and questions regarding processes, regulations, etc.; obtain guidance from team members as needed.
  • Develop client relationships to better interpret needs and communicate information.
  • Create documentation for remittance related transactions.
  • Interpret error messages and apply error resolution; escalate to more experienced team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Strong math aptitude
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication and relationship-building skills
  • Team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of pension/retirement plan regulations
  • Skills Advantage Work Ready Certificate or similar designation
  • Proficiency using MS Excel

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $33,000- 38,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
