Description:

A major hospital in the UAE is looking for experienced Registered Nurses for positions in the following Departments.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic.
• Compliance with licensing requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience.

Job Duties:

1. ICU:

• Knowledge of BLS/ACLS and emergency drugs.
• Assist in intubation and extubation.
• Demonstrate skill in endotracheal and tracheotomy suctioning.

2. NICU:

• Assist in UAC/UVC procedures and manage complications.
• Recognize and handle emergencies and complications during treatment.
• Skill in handling neonates under phototherapy and in incubators.
• Demonstrate skill in E.T. and tracheostomy suctioning.
• Neonatal drug and fluid calculations.
• Safe insertion, placement, and removal of nasogastric tubes.
• Active participation in code pink.
• Guide and supervise the work of nurse associates.

3. ER:

• Follow appropriate algorithms in emergency management (BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP).
• Effectively cannulate patients and ensure hydration.
• Ensure safe transportation of critically ill patients with life-saving equipment.
• Participate in quality assurance and research initiatives.
• Participate in staff education and meetings.
• Promptly take ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks.
