Description:

We are currently looking for Regional Service Coordinator.

The Regional Service Coordinator is responsible for responding to client requests and initiating the appropriate response. Act as the customer liaison contact for service related queries. The Regional Service Coordinator MEA should also support in coordinate the jobs within the region where required.

Detailed tasks specification:

  • To update the Head of Field Service on all matters, issues and activities.
  • To adhere to & comply with all Global PrimeServ Policies, Processes & Guidelines.
  • Allocating Jobs to Engineers.
  • Monitoring common mail for all service related enquiries.
  • Distribute the workload evenly and efficiently.
  • Providing complete information regarding Manpower to Order management team.
  • Actively engage with other MAN hubs and coordinate monthly meeting with Region MEA.
  • Follow up with reporting of KPIs for MEA region (e.g. FS utilization).
  • Provide technical support to the customers in collaboration with SM and other service team.
  • Ensuring tasks are entered accurately into SEPS and Cloud4Service for Dubai pools.
  • Invoices and overdue follow-up for service related jobs.
  • Ensuring timely response to customers.
  • Liaising with different departments, sales support, finance for Job execution.
  • Ensure quotes are i.a.w. scope of work in terms of price and time and submit offer to customer.
  • Follow up with customer and negotiate final terms.
  • Monitor performance of project with internal departments.
  • Receive complete reports on time and check timesheets and claims prior to submission.
  • Follow up of quotation list with international customers.
  • Pro-active sales and marketing activities with international customers and MAN hubs.
  • Support in planning PrimeServ Care and training requirements to fulfil service needs.
  • Support region MEA to plan and coordinate service jobs where required.
  • Report and support to achieve set KPIs for service department.
  • The service coordinator MEA is responsible for the service planning for both Segments and work in collaboration with technical service manager.
  • Where required, the service coordinator MEA proactively support the IGCs in MEA region to coordinate the service jobs.
  • Accept incoming query, Determine level of service, Confirm scope of work, Arrange Quote.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

You can help us with these qualifications:

  • University Degree ( preferably technical degree)
  • Approx… 5 -10 years of experience in high level position in a technical department
  • Detailed understanding of the business on both technical and commercial levels
  • Client orientation
  • Be fast in response to clients demands
  • Solution oriented mind-set
  • Proficiency in Microsoft-Office package (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
