Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives and Managers in your region
  • Provide regular feedback, set goals, and lead team meetings
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent within your region
  • Maintain open communication and camaraderie with your remote team
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales and retention goals
  • Manage the region’s P&L and hold your team accountable for performance
  • Spend 80% of your time in the field with your team, participating in sales calls and coaching
  • Handle high-level sales negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Stay current with company products and services, and lead your team through organizational changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial and marketing services sector
  • Proven track record of business development
  • Strong skills in business acquisition and territory planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience acceptable
