Description:

Hiring Regional Sales Director in Dubai, UAE.

An expanding global distribution Company of branded electronics with 30+ years of operating in CIS, South East Asia and Middle East is in search of experienced Regional Sales Director in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue goals in the MEA region.
• Leading and developing the regional sales team, including hiring, training, and motivating staff.
• Establishing and cultivating relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with vendors and manufacturers for joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Participating in negotiations and closing major deals.
• Analyzing the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in regional sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Experience working in distribution companies and on the vendor side.
• Proven experience in managing regional or international teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• High proficiency negotiation in English, knowledge of Arabic as an advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region.
