Our client is one of the most admired names in the Motorcycles, ATVʼS, Outboard Marine Engines, Boats, Golf Cars, and Generators business, based in Dubai, UAE. They are looking for a Regional Manager

Requirements:

• Business Graduate
• Minimum three years of Automotive industry sales experience
• Arabic speaking
• Pakistan/India Nationals, based in a GCC country (preferably)

Job Brief:

• Building database of potential B2B Clients
• Arrange management meetings with prospects
• Identify opportunities to partner with Rental segments
• Offer products and co-ordinate for timely fulfilment
• Achieve targets for GCC Countries assigned
• Oversee the operations of multiple office, store or business branches
• Guide, train and manage the Clients
• Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration
• Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
• Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team for the planning of large events
• Generate opportunities for branding and Marketing collaborating with event organizers of the respective country
• Maximize company profits at the branches s/he supervise
• Ensures achieving targeted profit margins
