The company is hiring for two key positions: Refrigeration Technician and Service Coordinator. These full-time roles are ideal for skilled professionals who are passionate about technical excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

1. Refrigeration Technician
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain cold rooms and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant faults.
• Conduct preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist engineers during commissioning and project execution.
• Maintain accurate service logs and promptly report technical issues.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech, BE, or Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in refrigeration or cold room systems (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Solid understanding of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Proficiency in Arabic language preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

2. Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate service calls, technician assignments, and job follow-ups.
• Liaise with clients and service teams to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain records, service reports, and job documentation.
• Coordinate spare parts requests, quotations, and billing processes.
• Track service performance and provide daily reports to management.
• Support communication and workflow between technicians, customers, and the management team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Refrigeration discipline (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in service coordination (HVAC/Refrigeration preferred).
• Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or service management software.
• Arabic language skills preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
