We are a growing delivery Company looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to hire bike riders for our delivery services.

The Recruitment Team Lead will manage and lead the recruitment process for hiring bike riders. This role includes sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new riders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 4 Years of UAE Experience in Recruitment
• Experience in leading a recruitment team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the logistics or delivery industry.
• Knowledge of local labor markets.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
