We are hiring Recruitment Specialist on immediate basis
Role Summary:
- The Recruiter we seek will have experience managing the full recruitment life cycle that includes talent sourcing, attracting candidates, interviewing and hiring the right colleague.
- And the success factor identified is the capabilities to retain the best employees and building a strong talent pipeline
The area of specialization sought is in the following functions;
- Real Estate Sales Professional to identify great talents for The Heart of Europe Real Estate and RE/MAX Island team
- Construction, Consulting and Engineering Professionals for PSE Building Contracting LLC and Fakhry Engineering Consultancy
Key Wins:
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, recruitment portals and referrals
- Comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through effective interviewing skills
- Excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates
- Committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets
- Conduct interviews using various mediums
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and profile reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Qualifications:
- UAE experience will be an advantage
- Proven work experience, minimum of two years as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency)
- Sales Recruiter needs experience in sourcing Real Estate Sales professionals
- Construction & Consulting Recruiter needs experience in sourcing Engineering, Construction, & Consulting professionals
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Qualifications to conduct Psychometric and similar tests will be an advantage
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and is a must
- Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
