Hiring Recruitment Officer

 Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team and support recruitment needs across our group of companies operating in diverse sectors. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding, ensuring the hiring of qualified and capable individuals who align with each company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with department heads across all companies to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.).
  • Source candidates through databases, headhunting, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
  • Manage recruitment documentation, offers, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and hiring analytics for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends, labor laws, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a group or multi-company setup.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience hiring for technical, blue-collar, and white-collar roles.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices (if applicable).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
