We are currently seeking a Arabic Recruitment Manager for a prestigious government entity in Abu Dhabi. This role presents a unique chance to lead high-impact recruitment initiatives, contribute to national workforce strategies, and collaborate with a dynamic, highly skilled team.

Position Details

Contract Type: Outsourced, Yearly Renewable

Must be Arabs (Fluent in English)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with organizational talent needs.
  • Lead and oversee the recruitment team, ensuring efficient talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Establish and implement standardized recruitment policies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including local and international talent acquisition, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Design and implement a structured Emiratization recruitment strategy in alignment with national workforce initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and talent networks.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through training, mentoring, and development initiatives for the recruitment team.
  • Enhance employer branding to position the organization as a leading employer in the construction industry.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in the construction industry.
  • Experience in a big company with 2500-3000 employees.
  • Strong track record in leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize recruitment structures, workflows, and processes.
  • Experience in developing and executing Emiratization recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in international recruitment, workforce mobility, and visa processing.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding.
