Astute is hiring Recruitment Executive for immediate joiners!

The Candidate should create job postings and advertise roles through various channels, identify, engage and build relationships with passive candidates, and work closely with recruiters to review resumes, conduct interviews and assess applicant qualifications.

Rolls and Responsibilities;

  • Craft job postings and advertise roles through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, career sites, etc.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to review resumes, conduct interviews and assess applicant qualifications.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and keep them updated on the recruiting process.
  • Consistently monitor and evaluate the recruitment process for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive hiring culture in line with the company.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-level talent.
  • Comprehend the company’s continual recruitment needs and develop the correct sourcing mix to create a substantial talent pool for available roles.

Required Qualifications;

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with candidates from all backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to the recruitment process.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
  • The ability to stay abreast of industry trends and practices in recruitment, hiring, and sourcing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and provide solutions.
