We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment and be fluent in Arabic. This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Candidates who do not meet the criteria will not be entertained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, job postings, and applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
