Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
