What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen & interview candidates for real estate agent roles
• Manage hiring through GulfTalent, LinkedIn & job portals
• Coordinate interviews & ensure a smooth hiring process
• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or sales hiring
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
