We are looking to hire a Recruiter

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Creating and posting job ads on various platforms
• Networking with potential candidates through social media and events
• Collaborating with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria
• Screening resumes and applications
• Conducting initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Recruitment or similar roles in UAE.
• Hands-on experience with major job sites
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
