We are looking for a Full-Time 360 Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in End-End Recruitment processes including Business Developing skills. The position is located in Dubai and is open to any nationality. Our industry is Staffing and outsourcing. The ideal candidate shall have at least 2-3 years of experience working with a reputed agency in the UAE and shall have complete knowledge of the recruitment cycle within a staffing agency.
The applicant shall have proven experience delivering and closing key positions within the given TAT. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to take up Business Development in bringing new clients. Experience in Emiratisation will be an added advantage. Pro-active and Excellent Communication Skills are mandatory. Compensation will be as per the UAE Labour Law.
