Description:

We PSI Real Estate Abu Dhabi is looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience

Responsibilities

• Design/Develop and execute overall recruiting strategy
• Prepare job descriptions and job specifications as per organizational requirement
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Post jobs to appropriate job portals
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter for minimum 2 years
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

• Arabic speaker only
• Should be based in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate
