Receptionist Required

Job Description:

• To maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, appearance, and posture at all times. To ensure all staff also follow this.
• To greet and welcome members and guests with a smile and to offer correct information regarding facilities, dress code, policies, age restriction for children, points of interest and entertainment during special days.
• To always ensure to have sufficient details pertaining to reception and may include familiarizing names of VVIP members to greet them accordingly.
• To be aware of the day-to-day activities, functions, entertainments and who is the Duty Manager.
• To take messages for the management in their absence and ensure that the messages are given promptly on arrival.
• To maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the reception and lobby at all times. In case maintenance or housekeeping is required inform them accordingly.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Preferably with food industry background in hospitality, luxury golf, or country club

and use “Receptionist” as the email subject
