Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the buying, selling, and leasing properties. They will also work with clients to understand their property needs, provide guidance on pricing, and handle negotiations between clients and sellers. The Real Estate Specialist will also be responsible for managing client portfolios, maintaining accurate records, and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
- Proven experience in real estate field for 3+ years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai
- Familiarity with real estate regulations and legal requirements
- Proficiency in using real estate software, customer relationship management (CRM) applications and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- An eye for detail and entrepreneurship approach
