We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents (Europeans) to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the international real estate market.

 The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Representation: Assist international buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance and support throughout the entire process.
• International Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photographs, tailored for the international market.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to determine competitive market prices in various international locations and provide clients with market insights and trends.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts within the international real estate industry, including other agents, brokers, developers, and investors.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 Years of experience as real estate agent in international market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
