Job Description:

One of our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join in their team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and possess a strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Provide clients with information about available properties, market conditions, prices, and other related matters.
• Negotiate and finalize sales or rental agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
