Hiring Real Estate Expert – Residential Sales

Job Location: Dubai

Job Description:

• Managing the HNI client’s portfolio and guiding them in making the right real estate investment decisions.
• Responsible for selling luxury residential properties.
• Follow up and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners and developers.
• Short listing suitable properties and arranging site visits.
• Intermediate negotiations processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to expand industry knowledge and develop professional network.
• Plan and implement sales objectives for lead closure and maximize revenue generation.
• Assisting buyers in signing and understanding sales and purchase agreements.
• Hiring and training the new agents (applicable for team handling role).
• Helping the team member in closing the deals (applicable for team handling role).
• Educating the in-house team on the real estate norms and the procedures.
• Conducting weekly sales meeting with the team members and guiding them in achieving the defined sales targets.
• Working closely with the developers to stay updated with the new launches in Dubai market.
• Assisting the marketing team with the social media campaigns.
