Immediate Hiring: Real Estate Cashier (Semi Government)

Salary: AED 6,000.00

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Commerce
• 2 years’ UAE experience in handling Cash & Cheques and Customers Service Orientation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel & Internet
• Company: one of the leading developers in UAE (Semi-Government Real Estate Company)

JD:

• Issue receipts of Cash, Bank Transfers & Cheques by using Oracle, Yardi and Sales Force system.
• Posting the inflow into DLD System (TAS).
• Monitor bounced cheque list.
• Prepare Workflow process for Bounce Cheque (attached with bounce cheque copy and bank advice )
• Reconcile the physical collection with daily Collection Report.
• Prepare a monthly report for internal transfer detais:
• Debts Recovery and Legal Dep. Team with copy of bounced cheques and bank return advice.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Processing of PDC cheque withdrawal in Mashreg Matrix 4 DIB ENBD /ADIB.
• Ensure the Collection is being deposited on time with no delay.
