Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Real Estate Agents at Smart Choice Real Estate in Dubai. Real Estate Agents will be responsible for client interactions, property sales, real estate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties across the UAE.
• Provide expert insights on market trends, property valuations, and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and showcase developments.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE market.
• Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in property marketing and sales strategies
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
