We are looking for dynamic sales representatives to join our vibrant team at our second, newly established office in Dubai. If you’re eager to learn the ins and outs of becoming the top Real Estate broker in Dubai, we offer an unmatched opportunity. We’re rolling out a new Real Estate program designed to enable you to earn between 50% to 100% commission once you’ve successfully completed your training period and demonstrated readiness to operate independently.

Initially, you’ll start with a 50% commission, and once you’ve successfully met your training goals and KPIs, you’ll graduate to our senior team where you’ll be earning a full 100% commission on all your transactions.
With Hive, once you become a senior agent you’ll have the autonomy to operate without micromanagement or authoritative oversight from directors or managers.
