Job Description:
As a Real Estate Broker with GTA Real Estate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, with a strong focus on off-plan projects. This is a commission-based role that provides an opportunity to earn substantial income based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify clients’ needs and offer them suitable properties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant property details.
- Negotiate property deals and contracts with clients and third parties.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus.
