Hiring for the position of Real Estate Agents Sales (off-plan, completed project Residential and commercial) 

Requirements & Duties:

• Off-Plan Specialist 
• Female & male 
• Any Nationality
• Driving License & own Car is a Must
• Undergraduate & Above
• RERA Certified (Will be given first preference)
• Candidate’s documents need to be attested as per UAE requirement
• Self Motivated
• Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills is a must.
• In-depth Knowledge of the Major Developers and with profiled information on Ready & Off-plan Projects.
• Has to be self-sufficient enough for Future Team Building under them.
• Maintaining Client Reports, Tele – Sales, Day to day follow-ups, Controlling company Social Media for Off-plan, Manage and listing properties through CRM.
• Work on your own Targets every month and achieve them.
• Arranging necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Good leads from biggest accounts from Google Advs., Social Media platforms & Marketing Campaigns.
• Data base of property owners ( end users, investors, investment companies) All Areas of Dubai 
• Strong marketing Campaigns, back-office support
• In-depth sales and marketing training
