For freshers basic salary depend on the credential and communication skills of the candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Cold calling: Making outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list or database of leads.
- Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & dealing Secondary Real estate units.
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for leasing property in Dubai.
What we need:
- A proven performance record in Real Estate Industry
- Proactive Passionate about Real Estate, Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
- Friendly, pleasant personality, tidy appearance, well organized and detail-oriented, excellent communication skills.
- Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
- UAE Driving license (Advantage)
