Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidates will have experience in closing deals in off-plan and secondary real estate projects. Roles & Responsibilities
Deal Closure and Sales:
- Successfully close deals in off-plan and secondary real estate projects.
- Demonstrate a mindset of ownership and profit-making.
Client Management:
- Qualify leads and manage property listings on leading property platforms.
- Handle VIP clients and expand your network of investors.
Compensation and Benefits:
- High commission structure with fixed salary support for the first 2 months.
- Up to 60% commission based on leads.
- Visa/Labor permit, health insurance, travel allowance, transportation, and phone allowances provided.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience and Skills:
