Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at Grand Investment Real Estate L.L.C. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as property marketing, conducting property evaluations, negotiating leases/sales, providing excellent customer service, and managing real estate transactions. This role is primarily located in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License is a plus.
- Customer Service, and Sales skills
- Extensive knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in property marketing strategies
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus.
- Driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English and any other language is a plus.
