- Actively seek out and engage prospective clients interested in real estate properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them throughout the buying or renting process.
- Assist clients in understanding the intricacies of the real estate market, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to ensure successful transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market will be an added advantage.
