Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Both Off Plan and Secondary Market
• RERA Certification is an advantage
• Successful sales record
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Presentation and Organizational Skills
• Strong Knowledge of Local real estate market trends and legal requirements
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
• High Level of Integrity and professionalism
• Driving License will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, Prospect, and network to identify potential clients.
• Conduct Property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
• Provide expert advice on property pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms and assist in closing real estate transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated with industry news, regulations, best practices related to real estate sales
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Meet or Exceed sales targets and performance metrics
