If you are an experienced Dubai Real Estate – Secondary Market Agent, an area specialist with an inventory of properties but are not able to sell then you are in luck. Grace House Properties is hiring a Secondary Market Specialist in Villas, Townhouses and Apartments to join our growing team of professionals.
Job Role: Secondary Market Specialist who helps clients buy, sell, or rent real estate properties and work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, analyze the market and property trends, and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of Real Estate Experience
- Self-motivated and Entrepreneurial
- Owns a Large Inventory of Properties for Sale
- Your own Exclusive Sellers
- Dubai Real Estate Market Experience & Area Knowledge
- Strong Persuasive Skills to convert inquiries into the sale
- Outstanding English Verbal & Communication Skills
- Good network or database of buyers and sellers
- UAE Driving license and own car (Preferably)
