Job Description
- Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ sales KPIs as directed by the Management in line with ‘Revenue’ targets.
- Prospect leads via sales calls, networking events and convert leads to buy, sell and rent a property.
- Facilitate the buyers and sellers with purchasing and selling Real Estate their properties for the best price and terms.
- Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis.
- Solid grip on advising clients with market trends, conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters.
- Promote property sales through advertisement, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
- Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property and advise them on its values and suitability factors.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Determine the appraisal value of property and evaluate mortgage options to obtain mortgage financing.
- Develop lists of properties with detailed specifications (features and locations) through networking and industry relationships.
- Prepare Purchase/Rental Agreements and other documents required for Real Estate transaction.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of communities, projects, latest developments and hot listings in each locality.
- Timely update and maintain call memos of leads generated with complete client details and reporting to management as and when asked.
- Obtain timely coaching from Private and Wealth Banking teams on new and existing products for business referrals.
- Maintaining office decorum and discipline intact including but not limited to office timings, attire and appearance, usage of office assets, communication and behavior.
