Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Real Estate Sales in Dubai experience is a MUST
• Experienced in selling Off plan
• Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory documentation
• Establish strong working relationship with admin and clients
• Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries in a good and timely manner
• Holds UAE Driving license and own car – Mandatory
• RERA is an advantage
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
• Commit to achieving sales targets
