Job Description:

We are a dynamic real estate agency in Dubai, seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations, inspections, and contract management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and potential clients.
• Conduct property viewings and market analysis.
• Stay up to date with the latest market trends, property regulations, and local developments in Dubai.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• UAE driving license/own car preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
