Job Description: As a Real Estate Agent, you will act as a Mediator between buyers and sellers and provide expert advice on Dubai’s Real Estate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices mortgage legal requirements, and related matters
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other documents to clients
  • Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients
  • Promote properties through advertising, listing services, and marketing on the social media platform of Prime Rock Real Estate
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends regulations and financing options in the real estate industry
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our client base
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided by the sales team.
  • Handle escalated client issues and work to resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Keep the team informed about industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth among team members.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities for senior management.
