Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in real estate, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available properties
- Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve client satisfaction
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners
- Stay updated on market trends and property values
- Prepare and present detailed reports on market conditions and property valuations
- Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
