Quantity Surveyor
We are a building contracting company, based in SHARJAH. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE (Sharjah/Dubai preferred)
Your duties will include
Prepare BOQs and quotations and revise budgets based on drawings/ site measurements.
Measure and calculate the cost of materials
Prepare tender submissions and take offs.
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare contracts and documents
At least 2+ years of experience in the same role
Must be results driven with accuracy and the ability to pay attention to details
Ability to maintain the highest level of personal and professional integrity
Good communication and strong interpersonal skill
