Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid Quantity Surveyor MEP role situated in Abu Dhabi but with some flexibility of working remotely. The Quantity Surveyor MEP will assist the project team on all matters relating to MEP cost and contract management. They will be involved throughout the pre-contract stages of tendering, estimating, and cost planning and the post-contract stages of contract administration, variation, and final account.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or MEP contracting work
- Ability to analyze drawings with a good understanding of MEP works
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a good command of the English Language
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills with experience in the use of design and project management software such as AutoCAD, MEP Revit, and MS Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and meet deadlines.
