Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in post and pre-contract work on fit-out residential villa projects. The ideal candidate must be currently available in Dubai and possess relevant UAE experience. This role offers a competitive salary of up to 12,000 AED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for fit-out residential villa projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenditures and preparing financial reports.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on contractual and cost issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on fit-out residential villa projects.
- Must have UAE experience; candidates without this will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of post and pre-contract work.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
