Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a UAE-based construction company.
• Proven expertise in Plan Swift software, including advanced take-off functionalities and Pre-tender Estimation.
• A civil engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) with a strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Arabic language proficiency (advantageous).
