SPEC International Technical Services is looking for:

Quantity Surveyor

• Dubai experience minimum 5 years in residential and industrial projects, knows how to prepare BOQ, aware of pricing of activities and full projects,
• Aware of analyzing specifications and drawings of projects, obtain and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, familiar with purchase procedures.

Site Engineer

• Dubai experience 5 years preferably in residential and industrial projects, previous experience with trakhees.
• Trakhees white, green, orange cards will be an advantage.
• Aware of site activities arrangement, material take-off, site logistics, supervision of the whole construction procedure.
• Candidates must be in UAE.
